One-year warranty

We provide a one-year free warranty covering common manufacturing and setting issues such as:

• loose prongs
• dislodged center stones
• lost or damaged side stones

What we may do

Depending on the issue, we may:

• provide replacement stones, and/or
• reimburse eligible local repair costs up to $50–$100 with a valid receipt

Warranty terms and coverage may vary by situation. Wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized alterations, and issues outside the covered conditions may not be included.

How to start a claim

Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will guide next steps (repair, stone replacement, or reimbursement where applicable).

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, you may also have options under our Refund policy within the return window.
