Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Polygia piece. You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, an exchange, or store credit. There is no restocking fee and no processing fee. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and the certificate card (if included).

Standard pieces & standard ring sizes

Many of our designs are crafted after you order. These standard pieces are still fully returnable. Our standard ring sizes are US 3 to 9, including quarter sizes, as listed on each product page. Size exchanges within the standard range are welcome within the 30-day window; please allow production time for the new size.

Final sale

The following cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective: engraved or personalized items; custom designs; custom ring sizes (any size outside US 3–9 or not listed on the product page); and items resized or altered after purchase. Final-sale status is shown on the product page.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Return shipping

We cover return shipping on all eligible returns and exchanges. Please contact us first to receive return authorization and a prepaid label; unauthorized returns may be refused. Original outbound shipping charges and import duties/taxes are non-refundable, except as required by law.

EU/EEA & UK customers

You also have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. If you withdraw, we will refund the price and the standard delivery cost, and we will cover return shipping. This right does not apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalized, such as engraved pieces, custom designs, or custom ring sizes.
