Shipping & Delivery
All of our pieces are made to order to reduce waste and maintain exceptional craftsmanship. Standard production takes approximately 21 business days, or 14 business days for Rush orders. Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days within the U.S. and 5–10 business days internationally.
Warranty Policy
We provide a one-year free warranty covering common issues such as loose prongs, dislodged center stones, and lost or damaged side stones. Depending on the issue, we may provide replacement stones or reimburse eligible local repair costs up to $50-$100 with a valid receipt. Warranty terms and coverage may vary by situation.
Refund & Returns
Free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on standard pieces in original, unworn condition, with a full refund to your original payment method, free return shipping, and no restocking fee. Engraved, custom-designed, and custom-size (outside US 3–9) pieces are final sale unless defective. See our Return Policy for details.
